Come As You Are

Move As You Need To

Grow As You Go

December love from me to you...

December love from me to you...

Love from me to you 🫀…

December can feel like a lot.🫂

A mix of excitement and pressure, joy and loneliness, warmth and overwhelm. I’ve been moving through those waves myself and it reminded me why I created the Movement Nest in the first place.

A place to land.

A place to come home to your body.

A place where movement feels like medicine, not a task.

So for this month, I wanted to offer something softer.

A little love from me to you.

If you’re feeling stretched, tired, or just needing a space to breathe and return to yourself — the Nest is here for you. 🫀

You don’t have to power through this month alone.

The Movement Nest

is an online space for

embodied movement,

soulful connection and personal growth.

For those who feel the inner pull, not just

for a workout, but for something deeper.

For those seeking presence, play and purpose in

how they move AND live.

With 2 live classes a week and 1

monthly skill-based workshop.

We move to find freedom, rest with intention and

return home to yourself... again.

Whether you’re new to movement or already

have a movement practice,

This is a space to feel supported, seen and guided.

A time to feel rooted, grounded and yet free

and flowy in your body.

Namaste

I’m Nancy… I’ve spent over 20 years exploring
movement in multiple ways, from being a professional dancer rooted
in breakdance, to working as a stuntwoman diving
into acrobatics and martial arts.

In 2019, life brought me to stillness.

After an accident left me in a wheelchair, I began to move differently - with more awareness, softness and presence.

That shift led me deeper into my own
practice: being upside down, reconnecting through yoga and rediscovering the body as a sacred space to heal and grow.

To Move is To Be Free.

Movement is a tool

— a way to shift energy, release emotion and come back home to yourself.

Welcome to The Movement Nest,

It’s amazing to have you here 🫀

Love from the nest

Nancy's movement classes are
just superb and I couldn't
recommend them enough!

“You end up leaving with a body
that feels brand new and such a
smile on your face.

I always find I digress into a
child-like state of mind and with
added confidence to use my
body in ways that I rarely do and
end up surprised at what I can
achieve with a bit of
encouragement.

Nancy's energy is like no others
and it shows in her class with the
participant ending up with a
higher energy because of her.

Such a kind and beautiful soul.”

I lOVE WORKSHOPS WITH NANCY!

“I have attended a few of her handstand workshops. Not only did I walk away with some incredible insight into the art of handstand but I also left with great self determination, positivity and confidence! These classes are so fun and wholesome.

Nancy is such a fantastic, free spirited teacher, her energy inspires great self belief ✨”

“ The movement jam session I attended in Rishikesh india is

After the sessions I felt more confident, comfortable and happy inside my body . Whenever I practice movement , it connects me to the bigger existence and a happy place . It is a beautiful escape from all the worries and tensions. It gives you the better and lighter perspective to look at the things and you feel better with yourself. Thank you Nancy for the movement.

Hope to attend the workshop again soon.”

A gentle reminder: we are all born movers.

Life and society may have pulled us away from our natural rhythms,

but its not too late to return.

You don’t need to be “perfect” to begin,

You just need to begin. 👣
